This would appear to be a weekend of strong challenges and even stronger breakthroughs for a lot of people. If you are feeling challenged today, remember that the only way out is through. Embrace your challenges and look for the insights, and you will make it to the other side.
I have mentioned this before – even physical ailments will indicate an emotional change that needs to occur. The flu (actual influenza, with lung involvement) is about life change. Colds are release. Stomach bugs are a stronger release, a purge, if you will. Joint pain is about flexibility; in the arms it is about bringing in or pushing away (depending on the side of the body), hips are about moving forward, knees indicate stress, feet and ankles are about independence and empowerment. So, if you’re feeling poorly, use that as an opportunity to identify your blocks and challenges so that you may address them head on.
Because this is such a transformational weekend, we may see a lot of people leaving the planet. I suspect there will also be great opportunities to see previously hidden truths. Be present, be observant, be aware. For more information on how to get through that, please see my December newsletter.
We are, after all, moving into in the most dark and introspective time of the year, which happens to coincide with a major paradigm shift. As an amazing example of that paradigm shift, Pat Robertson came out this week in favor of teaching evolution. So allow for the miracle, this shift will bring you the unimaginable.
Focus on the positive things you do want, as opposed to what you feel like you don’t have. Do you see the difference? The Universe, in hearing your requests, does not hear the negatives, it only hears what you give energy to. Stay out of the fear, stay out of the lack. As much as you can, focus on how you want your life to feel, and conjure up those feelings. Tell the Universe, “More ofthis.”

If you have a tradition of prayer, or if you do distance healing, I would ask that you direct your attention to Bobby Salardino in Colorado, who is suffering, and his family, who is watching him. We all feel he is getting ready to transition, and we hope that it happens as peacefully as possible.
