Feel the soles of your feet.

What do you have? Right now. What do you have? Don't use this as an excuse to look at what you don't have. What do you have?
Breathe some more.
Feel the moment. Feel its glory and its radiance.
Breathe in the air of change. Take it into you. Feel it.
Breathe.
Feel the soles of your feet.

And let go. Let go of all attachments to outcome. Let go of all the noise in your head. Let go of the illusion of lack you get from TV and radio and magazines and billboards and internet advertising and before movies at the theater.

Let it all go.
