A number of years ago, I did a forty day practice of labyrinth walks. Based on the astrology of this month into next month, I feel called to do a practice of gratitude, based on the theme of the day, for the next 40 days. The themes are based on a kabbalistic formula that I was given by Spirit, and which I used for 365 Days to Enlightenment. I may not post all of it here, but if you’d like to play the home game, here are the gratitude themes:

12/8/21: Letting Go – I am grateful I have the tools to release old habits and practices from my life. I am grateful that letting go makes room for the new. I am grateful that I don’t have to be stuck. I am grateful that I don’t have to hold on to events and accrue karma if I choose not to. I am grateful that I have let go of as much as I have. I am grateful to know that it is my attachments that cause me suffering and, when I let go of those attachments, the things and people that belong in my life will stay and the things that no longer belong will go and all I have to do is be in acceptance. I am grateful to be starting up a labyrinth practice again in January (first Friday of every month) so that I have a regular, ritualized practice of releasing.
