40 Days of Gratitude

A number of years ago, I did a forty day practice of labyrinth walks. Based on the astrology of this month into next month (more details on that coming on Friday), I feel called to do a practice of gratitude, based on the theme of the day, for the next 40 days. The themes are based on a kabbalistic formula that I was given by Spirit, and which I used for 365 Days of Enlightenment. I won’t be posting all of it here, most likely, but if you’d like to play the home game, here are the gratitude themes:

12/1/21: Joysome things that bring me joy for which i am grateful (I’m not sure I can not be grateful for something that brings me joy): the new kittens, our preexisting cats, the foster cats, purring in general, my loved ones, my gardens, teaching, getting to know new people, holiday lights, hot cocoa, helping others, soft clothing and throws, eggnog, seeing that light bulb go off for someone when they get a new concept, driving on curvy roads, caring gestures, staring into a fire, fresh air, really good vocal harmonies, sea air, deep meditation…
