The Earth has been getting hit by solar flares this weekend. Personally, it has drained my energy so much, I haven’t had a chance to write about it.
The most common symptom of CMEs is a “jangly” feeling, hyperstimulated, and overwhelmed. It is important to practice self care; drink plenty of water, eat foods as close to nature as possible, ground yourself, and cut others (and yourself) some slack. Doing modified sun salutations can be extremely helpful as well.
This spate of solar activity comes on the heels of some pretty rough astrology that may have already left you feeling drained. I know it did for me; I ended up sleeping most of today, which is how I’m even able to write this blog post.
Whatever you need to do to recharge your batteries, do it. The astrology between now and next Sunday’s New Moon is favorable for such activities. Drink more water, get plenty of rest, give some energy to your foundational spiritual practices, and focus on breathing.
