We
did our monthly New Moon Gathering tonight, and had some new people, which is always lovely. It was a powerful meditation for me. Here are some barebones notes about the current energies:

New Moon in Cancer (water sign) – first lunar cycle of the summer (Mad Midsummer Moon)

Intentions set now have the possibility of accessing a little extra magic. Planting seeds for future growth (as with every new moon, really).

Getting in touch with family/community/tribe roots, or possibly creating new ones.

Patterns that provided comfort in the past no longer work in the same way, so create new patterns.

How are we nurturing/mothering ourselves? Put on your own oxygen mask first. This will be the blueprint for the months ahead.

As of next Tuesday : Conversations that have been put on hold can start to move forward again, but we may be inundated with possibly more information than we can digest.

The themes of the retrograde all come together in this new moon (globally: taming our ideas, plus whatever personal themes you’ve been working). Plant the seeds that you have been incubating for the last few weeks.
