As many of you know, at the beginning of 2012, I helped start Matrix International University, and we are working towards accreditation. I am the advisor for two of the disciplines (Shamanism and Earth Magick), and am teaching a significant number of classes. I have a new class starting up next month, and none of the books I was finding were really fitting with my teaching style. Color Therapy is the most scientifically-supported subject I’m teaching right now, I wanted the research (NASA!) and current medically-approved uses to be reflected in the class. I also attract some very data-oriented students, so I like to include supporting materials no matter what.

So I spent this weekend writing a textbook. It’s currently geared towards students of this class, so it’s only about 80 pages. I may, at some point, update and expand it, and release it out into the wild. I’m rather pleased with the results; it’s not quite finished, but it will be by the end of the week. A friend of mine is even designing a cover!

I suppose the next thing is to put together a textbook for Psychic Protection, since I keep complaining about the texts that are available for that class…
