How do I RSVP for a ceremony?
Ceremonies will have a registration link on their listing on the Calendar and other listings. If a registration link is not available, other instructions will be given. For 2019, the Full Moon Women’s Circles will be at a private residence in Studio City, and the address will only be given to those who register in advance.
What should I do to prepare for a ceremony?
Doing some research on the reason for the ceremony can help put you in the right frame of mind, although Ayamanatara always does her best to set the tone at the beginning of the evening. Wear something festive, if you have a chance. There aren’t generally any special preparations you need to make, unless the event listing says otherwise.
What should I bring to a ceremony?
You can bring a seven-day candle to carry the blessing home with you after ceremony. Check the event listing for other things to bring. Firewood is always a nice donation for New Moon Gatherings. The suggested donation is $20 for Solstices, Equinox, and the cross-quarters, and $15 for New Moon Gatherings and Full Moon Women’s Circles, but no one is ever turned away due to lack of funds.
